Purpose: Deliver memorable experiences to the sales incentive winners. Team building and promoting cross-cultural interactions.

Elements: Manage all aspects from idea creation, budgeting, planning and execution. All events, accommodation, meals and air and ground transportation.

When we bring an event to a destination we elevate the opportunities exponentially. Our guests experience the things they wouldn't necessarily think of themselves and bringing that to an extraordinary location makes it a cherished memory, even if the weather is against us!

To us a successful destination event is built from the ground up with every aspect of the event having a purpose for the stated objectives of our clients'.

In our experience you do not need an unlimited budget to complete a destination event, however helpful that may be. The budgets per person for a group of 10 - 16 people will start around £2,500 all-inclusive. The return on that investment in terms of staff satisfaction is astounding. We arrange all aspects from planning, travel, execution, on-site management, etc. We always send a  senior manager from our office to oversee the event on-site to ensure complete satisfaction from our client.
